IRENE BUKUR natural cosmetics

At the very beginning of the journey, the IRENE BUKUR brand had a goal of creating cosmetics with a natural herbal composition. For more than 10 years, we have been producing environmentally friendly, natural cosmetics, based on natural plant extracts and oils. Thanks to this composition, professional natural cosmetics IRENE BUKUR,  gently and carefully nourishes, rejuvenates, heals, moisturises, cleanses, and does not cause allergic reactions.

Types of facial cosmetics

To date, face care cosmetics are presented in various forms, which allows us to approach the choice of our products very qualitatively and systematically, based on their functions:

Cleansing. This includes cosmetics that cleanse the top layer of the skin from impurities. There is a softer one that can be used every day (gels, micellar water), and there is a more intensive one, for deep cleansing, which should be applied no more than 1-2 times a week (scrubs, peels).

Tonic. The name speaks for itself. There are tonics and thermal water. These products allow you to refresh the skin and contribute to the further penetration of active substances. They are used for deep cleansing on the daily basis.

Nutritious. This includes all cosmetics that contain nutrients: vitamins and minerals. They can be used in creams, serums, masks, etc. Those products give the skin a healthy, radiant appearance.

Moisturising. One of the most important types of cosmetics, since our body, is 65% water and requires it every day. For the skin, moisture is vital to maintain the skin’s elasticity and freshness. Moisturising cosmetics should contain components not only of instant action but also those that are able to retain moisture. For example, hyaluronic acid.

Therapeutic. This includes any form of product that contains natural extracts and is able to “heal”. For example, products with panthenol or medicinal plants. Most often, such cosmetics are used for acne.

Lifting. Very active cosmetics that can tighten the contour of the face. The lifting effect is aimed at maintaining collagen fibres and increasing elasticity.

Anti-ageing. This is the kind of cosmetics that are being scrutinised. These are products with very active elements (for example, peptides, retinol, bakuchiol, or muscle relaxants) that can slow down the ageing process. It should not be used too early, so as not to "leak" the skin. Most often, it is better to resort to it after about 30.
