According to the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", perfumery and cosmetic products are included in the list of non-food products of good quality that cannot be returned or exchanged.
An exchange or return of goods is possible if upon receipt, damage to the package was found or if the contents of the parcel (quantity and type of products) do not correspond to those specified when placing the order.
Please note that all claims that relate to order picking, violation of the integrity of the package, its deformation during transportation, etc. we accept only if there is an act drawn up in the presence of a delivery service employee at the Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta department.
Carefully inspect the order in the presence of the courier or at the courier service department. If, in the presence of a representative of the delivery service, it was not declared that the goods did not match the expected qualities (appearance of the package, volume, equipment) or that there was a defect, further claims in respect of it are not accepted.
