Hi there! I am Iryna Bukur - the founder and author of Irene Bukur cosmetics.
Before the war, "loving Ukraine" for our company meant creating a first-class product and caring for every customer.
February 24, 2022, is a day that divided the lives of Ukrainians into "before" and "after". At that time we did not think about "beauty", we only dreamed about getting our lives back. To be honest, I did not feel strong enough to rise and continue the work of a lifetime. But a few weeks later, the people came to my rescue. The same ones who have loved IRENE BUKUR all these years. They asked, "Are you safe?", "Will you resume production?", "I can't imagine my care without you," and so on.
This was incredible. So as soon as my team and I got to safe places and established logistics, IRENE BUKUR started working again. We have given, and continue to give these brave and cheerful women, a piece of joy that saves us in these difficult days.
Now, I have a new goal, I want the whole world to know that ‘Made in Ukraine’ is a sign of good quality! So from now on, we deliver our products all around the world.

How did it all start?
I have been working with cosmetics for 20 years. I had the idea to create an author's cosmetic brand after my meeting in 2007 with an incredible woman - Lydia Giriyivna Moskalenko - Candidate of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Head of the Department of Pharmacy and Industrial Technology of Medicines of the National Medical University. It was she who inspired me and it was with her help that Irene Bukur came to exist.
What have we achieved?
2009. We opened our first store in Kyiv. Within 10 years, Irene Bukur cosmetics were presented in 45 mono-brand boutiques and promotional islands in all major cities of the country.
2010. We founded the Swiss company Irene Bukur (Suisse), which researches, innovations, and technologies, helped create new recipes and improve existing ones.
2016. Irene Bukur (Suisse) together with Geo Cosm Laboratory and Dr. Alberto Fauci (Switzerland), developed a unique product to prolong youth, which has become a real discovery for us and our customers. I am sincerely grateful to Dr. Fauci for his enthusiasm and dedication.
2019. We have completely switched to the online format, thanks to which we have the opportunity to deliver our products to all corners of the world.
For 10 years we have been studying, researching, and implementing leading anti-age innovations and professional hair restoration complexes. My favourite products
Irene Bukur's laboratory has created more than 80 cosmetic products, many of which have become real bestsellers. I am probably the most active user of my cosmetics. I have some favourite products, without which I can hardly imagine my life.

About 50,000 women have appreciated the benefits of this mask. Probably, that's why it has become a real business card of our brand.
Delicate Shampoo was created specifically for the care of fine hair, like mine. And for 10 years it has been proving its efficiency to me and 10,000 of our customers.
Hydro cream-24 hours of deep hydration is my first cream, which remains my favourite. It was designed to care for sensitive skin. It is always with me, especially in summer, when my skin needs protection from the main cause of premature skin ageing - dehydration.
Who do I want to thank?
I sincerely want to thank the team of our Ukrainian developers: technologists, biologists, phytotherapists, cosmetologists, and dermatologists, who support my perfectionism in creating recipes and helping me find innovative ingredients and complexes around the world. We need about 9 wonderful (creative and intense) months to create a new product and test its effectiveness and safety!
